WASHINGTON – Today, Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) issued the following statement in response to the Biden administration’s final Association Health Plans (AHP) rule that prohibits small businesses from banding together to offer high-quality, low-cost coverage options to their workers:

"Hardworking Americans want affordable health care options—this is a simple fact. They do not want misguided edicts from the Biden administration that limit their options or put high-quality care out of their reach. The administration’s final rule fails on every mark, moving us backwards, not forwards, in providing Americans more ways to get high-quality, low-cost health care."
